Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as it enters our processing process immediately.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, clear photos/videos, and a continuous 360° unboxing video.
- The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
To qualify:
- The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
